The MDS Series (3–4 Axis) moving-column (RAM-type) die-sinking EDM machines are designed for the manufacturing of large-sized and high-volume workpieces. They deliver high performance in heavy and complex applications such as molds, press dies, cutting dies, and the machining of holes in various configurations.
In addition to conventional structural materials, the machine is configured to operate safely on difficult-to-machine materials (high-strength, hardened, and stainless steels, electrically conductive composite alloys, titanium, graphite, etc.).
